Division II of the Project consists of:

Wastewater Improvements Project- Lift Station #19 Rehabilitation & Sanitary Sewer Lining

The Project will be constructed in one (1) contract which is defined and outlined as follows:

The contract will consist of Sanitary Sewer Lining, Manhole Rehabilitation and Lift Station Improvements. Lift station improvements to include but not be limited to pumps, controls, and valving.

The project consists of:

A new restroom facility to be located at the Dale Town Park adjacent to the existing splashpad. The restroom consists of two-unisex restrooms and two-family restrooms and a small storage/mechanical room. The project also includes concrete sidewalk and utility work associated with the building.

Water Distribution System Improvements Low Zone Service Area Reinforcement – Northern Gateway Project

The project consists of:  

• Installation of approximately 8,500 L.F. of 16” D.I. Class 250 Water Main and Appurtenances by Open-Cut Placement.
• Installation of approximately 120 L.F. of 16” R.J. D.I. Class 250 Water Main and Appurtenances by Uncased Bore.
• Installation of approximately 140 L.F. of 8” D.I. Class 350 Water Main and Appurtenances by Open-Cut Placement.
• Installation of approximately 190 L.F. of 6” D.I. Class 350 Water Main and Appurtenances by Open-Cut Placement.
• Installation of approximately 210 L.F. of 30”x 0.500” Welded Steel Casing by Auger Boring or Pipe Jacking with 16” D.I. Carrier Pipe and Appurtenances.
• Dry Tap Connections to Existing 12”, 10”, and 8” Water Mains
• Installation of 18’-0” x 8’-0” I.D. Pre-Cast or Cast-in-Place Concrete Meter Pit and Appurtenances.

Polk Drive Extension Road, Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements

The project consists of additions to the existing Polk Drive including but not limited to:  

• New Stone Base with HMA Base and Surface Courses.
• New Water Main and Associated Appurtenances.
• New Sanitary Service Line and Associated Appurtenances.

Wastewater System Improvements New Hope Lift Station and Force Main and North Drive Lift Station Force Main Replacement

The project consists of:  

• New Hope Lift Station.
• New Hope Lift Station 4” Force Main.
• North Drive Lift Station 6” Force Main Replacement.

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements Project Crawfordsville High School Lift Station and Force Main Improvements

The project consists of:  

• Installation of approximately 49 L.F. of 8” SDR-35 PVC Sanitary Sewer; 21 L.F. of 10” SDR-35 PVC Sanitary Sewer; 127 L.F. of 18” F-679 PVC Sanitary Sewer.
• Installation of approximately 846 L.F. of 12” DR-11 HDPE Sanitary Force Main.
• Installation of approximately 70 L.F. of 30” Welded Steel Casing by Jack and Bore with 18” F-679 PVC Sanitary Sewer Carrier Pipe and Appurtenances.
• Installation of approximately 86 L.F. of 30” Welded Steel Casing by Jack and Bore with 12” DR-11 HDPE Sanitary Force Main Carrier Pipe and Appurtenances.
• Installation of Two Pre-cast Sanitary Sewer Manholes
• Modification of Existing Sanitary Manholes
• Installation of Proposed Sanitary Lift Station consisting of 10’ Diameter Wet Well, Valve Vault, Metering Pit, Submersible Pumps, Controls, Back-up Power Generator, Valves, Asphalt Access Drive and Appurtenances.
• Demolition of Existing Pump Station and Appurtenances.
