Sealed bids are invited and must be received by the Owner at the City of Vincennes Wastewater Treatment Plant Conference Room, located at 301 Perdue Road, Vincennes, IN 47591 until 4:00  P.M. (Eastern - Local Time) on  April 10, 2024. If sealed Bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at P.O. Box 749, Vincennes, IN 47591. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place at 4:00  P.M. (Eastern - Local Time) on  April 10, 2024, at the City of Vincennes Wastewater Treatment Plant Conference Room, located at 301 Perdue Road, Vincennes, IN 47591. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. 

A paper-bound set of plans and specifications are also on file at the City of Vincennes Water Department, located at 403 Busseron Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 and at the office of Midwestern Engineers at 802 West Broadway Street, Loogootee, IN 47553.
