Sealed bids must be received by the Owner no later than 11:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on December 30, 2024 at the office East Lawrence Water Authority, located at 1009 Crawford Drive, Bedford, IN 47421. Each Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. If Bids are forwarded by mail, a sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the OWNER at 1009 Crawford Drive, Bedford, IN 47421 The bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on December 30, 2024 at the office of East Lawrence Water Authority, located at 1009 Crawford Drive, Bedford, IN 47421.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
