DOWNSTREAM RADAR LEVEL SENSOR HVAC SYSTEM SEQUENCE OF OPERATION 1. THE EXHAUST FAN AND MAKE - UP AIR UNIT ARE DESIGNED TO CONTINUOUSLY RUN AT 12 AIR CHANGES PER HOUR, PROVIDING 10D% MAKE-UP AIR DURING BOTH OCCUPIED AND UNOCCUPIED PERIODS. 2. THE MAKE- UP AIR UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH A REMOTE CONTROL PANEL TO CONTROL THE BASIC OPERATION OF THE UNIT. THE PANEL SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING: a. SUMMER/OFF/WINTER SWITCH b. BLOWER LIGHT c. HEAT LIGHT d. DIRl'I' FILTER LIGHT e. FLAME FAILURE ALARM LIGHT f. REMOTE THERMOSTAT 3. DURING WARM WEATHER MONTHS, THE SUMMER/OFF/WINTER SELECTOR SWITCH WILL BE SET TO SUMMER. IN THIS POSITION, THE SUPPLY FAN IS ENABLED AND HEAT IS DISABLED. AIR WILL BE DELIVERED INTO THE SPACE AT THE OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE. 4. DURING COLD WEATHER MONTHS, THE SUMMER/OFF/WINTER SELECTOR SWITCH WILL BE SET TO WINTER. IN THIS POSITION, THE SUPPLY FAN IS ENABLED AND HEAT IS ENABLED. WHEN THE OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE IS BELOW THE HEATING INLET AIR SENSOR SETPOINT, THE GAS CONTROL AMPLIFIER IN THE UNIT SHALL MODULATE THE HEATING TO MAINTAIN THE SUPPLY TEMPERATURE SETPOINT ON THE REMOTE THERMOSTAT 5. THE SYSTEM SHALL PROVIDE BUILDING FREEZE PROTECTION BY DISABLING THE SUPPLY FAN IF THE SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW 35'F FOR 300 SECONDS. CYCLING THE FAN ENABLE WILL RESET THE TIMER. 6.
