CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM PARKING LOT. GRASS SHALL NOT CREATE BARRIER FOR DRAINAGE FROM PARKING LOT TO ADJACENT WATERWAYS / DITCH 9.
