ALL CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND MATERIALS MUST CONFORM TO CURRENT STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATION OF THE FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, WHICHEVER HAS JURISDICTION. 2.
