Inconsistencies in the lines of occupation, and D_ Relative Positional Accuracy Note This report must be accompanied by the associated plat of survey. Reference Documents Plat of Perrysville Heights, recorded in Deed Record 119, Page 447. Instrument 2017000774-Survey by James R Harpel (Reg. No. 20000203) Reference Monuments 1. A 5/8-inch rebar recovered in State Road 32 marking the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 28. 2. A mag nail recovered in Adams Street marking the southwest corner of Parcel 83-01-25300-004.000-009. 3. A wood fence post marking the northeast corner of Parcel 83-01-25-300-004.000-009. A prior survey (Inst 2017000774) calls for a rebar in this location 4. A 5/8-inch rebar with cap "DECKER SURVEY" was recovered on the eas1 line of Parcel 83-01-25-300-004.000-009 at a 25-foot offset to the south line of the southeast quarter of Section 28. Variances in Reference Monuments No significant variances were observed in regard to the reference monuments utilized in this survey. Discrepancies in Record Documents No discrepancies were discovered relating the record documents reviewed for this survey. Inconsistencies in the Lines of Occupation Evidence of occupation observed in the field is consistent with the lines as surveyed. No Inconsistencies are reported. Note: Unwritten rights may exist as the result of lines of occupation present in the field, which may or may not be shown on the attached plat or described in this report. Any quesfions regarding the nature and existence of such rights should be referred to an attorney. Relative Positional Accuracy The relative positional accuracy of the corners and lines established by this survey is within the specifications for a Rural Survey (0.26 feet plus 100 parts per million) as defined by Title 865, IAC 1-12. Theoryof Location Three monuments recovered on the east line of Parcel 83-01-25-300-004.000-009 were used to establish the position of the east line of the surveyed parcel. It is noted that the wood fence post at the northeast corner thereof was found to be in the position of a rebar called for on the prior survey recorded as Instrument 2017000774. The rebar was not found but the position of the post suggests that it may have been installed based upon the location of the rebar which was set on the survey. The south line of the surveyed parcel was established from the rebar recovered at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 28 and the mag nail recovered at the southeast corner of Parcel 83-01-25-300-004 000-009. The northeast, northwest, and southwest corners of the surveyed parcel were placed at the direction of the client for the purpose of creating a rectangular parcel of specific dimensions Reservations This survey is subject to additional facts that an accurate and correct title examination might disclose.
