Vari;i. ces in Reference Monuments Rete�ence monuments for this survey were mostly observed to be in reasonable agreement with their expected positions, relative to prior surveys and dime�sions found in the public records. A variance of 0.31 feet was observed on the east boundary line of the northern portion of the subject parcel. Otherr l variances are noted upon the associated plat of survey. Discr pancies in Record Documents No d;' crepancies were discovered relating to the record documents consulted for this survey. lncon istencies in the Lines of Occupation Lines of occupations were observed to be reasonably consistent with the boundary lines as surveyed. No inconsistencies are reported. Relative Positional Accuracy The relative positional accuracy of the corners and lines established by this survey is within the specifications for a Rural Survey (0.26 feet plus 200 parts per million) as defined by Title 865, IAC 1-12. Theory Kif Location Mon�ments were recovered at all corners of the subject parcel as shown on the associated plat of survey. The positions of these monuments were found to be consistent with the legal description in the subject deed, and therefore the monuments were accepted. Reservations This survey is subject to additional facts that an accurate and correct title examination might disclose. Evidence of unrecorded easements has not been located in the field and is not shown on the associated plat of survey.
