Sealed bids are invited and must be received by the Owner at the Town of Hanover, 11 N. Madison Avenue, P.O. Box 288, Hanover, IN 47243 no later than 6:00 P.M. Eastern (local time) on July 18, 2023. If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at 11 N. Madison Avenue, P.O. Box 288, Hanover, IN 47243. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place at 6:00 P.M. Eastern (Local) Time on July 18, 2023, at the Town of Hanover office building located at 11 N. Madison Avenue, Hanover, IN 47243.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
