Sealed Bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by certified mail, addressed to the City of Boonville located at 135 South 2nd Street, P.O. Box 585, Boonville, IN, 47601 until 3:00 P.M. Local Time (Central Time) on July 25th, 2023. If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at 135 South 2nd Street, P.O. Box 585, Boonville, IN, 47601. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened and not considered. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the Board of Works public meeting scheduled to take place on July 25th, 2023 @ 3:00 P.M. Local Time (Central Time) at the City of Boonville located at 135 South 2nd Street, Boonville, IN, 47601. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the Project and the name and address of Bidder.
A non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting will be held on July 11th, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. Local Time (Central Time) at the City of Boonville located at 135 South 2nd Street, Boonville, IN 47601.
