Park Improvements Church Street Park

The work of which includes but is not limited to the following improvements;  grading and drainage of the lot, installation of new storm sewer and appurtenances, installation of new sidewalk and curb ramps, installation of new curb, installation of foundation for a new pavilion, installation of the pavilion to be acquired by the City  of Loogootee prior to the start of construction, installation of water and sewer service to the site, and installation of a chain link fence and various other appurtenances associated with the project.

Sealed bids must be submitted prior to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (Local Time) on May 13th, 2024.  Proposals received after such time will be returned unopened.  Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read by the City of Loogootee at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (Local Time) on May 13th, 2024 at 401 John F. Kennedy Avenue Loogootee, IN 47553. 

A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project.
