Sealed bids must be received by the City of Scottsburg no later than 11:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on August 14, 2024. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on August 14, 2024, at 1:30PM Eastern (local time) at the City of Scottsburg City Hall, located at 2 E. McClain Ave, Scottsburg, Indiana 47170. If Bids are forwarded by mail, a sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to City of Scottsburg, located at 2 E. McClain Ave, Scottsburg, Indiana 47170. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the City will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by August 1, 2024.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (Local Time) on July 30, 2024, at the Scottsburg City Hall, located at 2 E. McClain Ave, Scottsburg, Indiana 47170. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises and other interested parties are invited to attend.
