forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at

P.O. Box 198, Roachdale, IN 46172. Bids received after specified times will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to

this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on February 13th, 2025 EDT

(Local Time) at 7:00 P.M. at the Town of Roachdale Community Building at 204 North Indiana Street, Roachdale, IN
