Plans and Specifications for the above project are now available at the office of Midwestern Engineers, Inc. Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Akron at the Akron Town Hall located at 206 W. Rochester Street, Akron, IN 46910, no later than 5:00 P.M. (Local Time) on Monday, April 21, 2025. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened.  Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the Akron Town Council public meeting scheduled to take place on April 21, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at the Akron Town Hall.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. (Local Time) on April 7, 2025, at the Akron Town Hall, 206 W. Rochester Street, Akron, IN 46910.  All prime contractors; subcontractors; small, minority or women owned enterprises; and other interested parties are encouraged and invited to attend.
