Eastern (Local Time) on June 23rd, 2025. If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at P.O. Box 288, 11 Madison Ave., Hanover, IN 47243. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. The bids will be opened at 5:00 P.M. Eastern (Local) Time on June 23rd, 2025, by the Hanover Park Community Building located at 200 Spruce Lane, Hanover, IN 47243.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
