Sealed bids must be received by the Owner no later than 4:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on June 26^th , 2025 at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office within the Town of Culver Town Hall, located at 200 E. Washington Street, Culver, Indiana 46511. Each Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. If Bids are forwarded by mail, a sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Town of Culver, Clerk-Treasurer’s Office. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Culver Town Council Meeting, Culver Town Hall, 200 E. Washington Street, Culver, Indiana 46511 on June 26^th, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. Eastern (Local Time). Any bids received after the above specified time and date will be returned to the bidders unopened.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on June 19, 2025, at the Town of Culver Town Hall, located at 200 E. Washington Street, Culver, Indiana 46511. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority, veteran or women owned enterprises, and other interested parties are invited to attend. A site visit will immediately follow the meeting.
