Sealed bids must be received by the Owner no later than 7:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Town of Perrysville, Attention: Tony Jacobs – Town Council President, PO Box 525, 132 W. Main St. Perrysville, IN 47974. Bids may also be hand delivered to the Owner between 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the American Legion Walter Hoyt Post 350, 197 Adams Street, Perrysville, IN 47974 and shall be received no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time). All bids shall be opened and publicly read at that time. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the Town will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the American Legion Walter Hoyt Post 350,197 Adams Street, Perrysville, IN 47974. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises, and other interested parties are invited to attend.
