Plans and specifications for the above project are now available at the offices of Midwestern Engineers, Inc. Sealed bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by certified mail, to the City of Vincennes, by and through its Utility Services Board to the Water Treatment Plant Conference Room, 1134 River Road, Vincennes, IN 47591, until 4:00 P.M. Eastern (local time) on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025. If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at P.O. Box 749, Vincennes, IN 47591. The sealed bids must be received by the City of Vincennes no later than 4:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) at the Water Treatment Plant Conference Room, 1134 River Road, Vincennes, IN 47591.
