Eastern (Local Time) on September 3rd, 2025. Each Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of Bidder. If Bids are forwarded by mail, a sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the City of Washington at 200 Harned Ave., Washington, IN 47501. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Washington at the City Council Chambers, located at 200 Harned Ave., Washington, IN 47501 on September 3rd, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time). Any bids received after the above specified time and date will be returned to the bidders unopened.
