MEI Project No. 2025033, Water System Improvements
Sealed bids must be received by the City of Scottsburg, mailed or hand delivered to Scottsburg City Hall, 2 East McClain Avenue, Scottsburg, IN 47170, no later than 1:00 p.m. (local time) on September 10th, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the Project as well as the name and address of Bidder. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the City will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by August 20, 2025.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M. (Local Time) on August 20th at the City Hall, Scottsburg, Indiana. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises and other interested parties are invited to attend.
