Sealed BIDS for the construction of the Bluffton Water Works Improvements Project, New Municipal Water Supply Well No. 10 will be received by the City of Bluffton at 128 East Market St., Bluffton, IN 46714 until 4:30 P.M. EST (Local Time) on October 14, 2025. Each Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of Bidder. If Bids are forwarded by mail, a sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the OWNER at 128 East Market Street, Bluffton, IN 46714. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter. Any bids received after the above specified time and date will be returned to the bidders unopened.
