Plans and Specifications for the above project are now available at the offices of Midwestern Engineers, Inc, A CHA Company. Sealed bids must be received by the Owner no later than 6:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 at the Birdseye Town Hall, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) at the Birdseye Town Hall, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the Town of Birdseye will provide such provisions as long as the request is made prior to February 17th, 2026.
A paper-bound set of plans and specifications are also on file at the Town of Birdseye, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, at Birdseye Town Hall, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises, and other interested parties are invited to attend. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project.
