Sealed Bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by certified mail, addressed to the City of Oakland City at 301 S. Franklin Street, Oakland City, IN 47660 until 2:00 P.M. CST (Local Time) on April 1st, 2026.  If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at 301 S. Franklin Street, Oakland City, IN 47660.  Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened.  Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on April 1st, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. CST (Local Time) located at City of Oakland City Hall, 301 S. Franklin Street, Oakland City, IN 47660.
