Central (Local Time) on May 28th, 2026. Each Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of Bidder. Bids forwarded by mail or dropped off must be received by 4:00 P.M. Central (Local Time) by May 27th, 2026 to Apex Engineering, 5521 Industrial Road, Mt. Vernon, IN 47620, Attention: Tonya Cox. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Posey County Regional Sewer District Board Meeting, located at 330 Walnut Street, Mt. Vernon, IN 47620 on May 28th, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. Central (Local Time). Any bids received after the above specified time and date will be returned to the bidders unopened.
