Sealed bids must be received by the City of Crawfordsville, Board of Public Works and Safety located at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office within City Hall at 300 E. Pike Street, Crawfordsville, IN 47933, no later than 10:00 A.M. (Local Time) on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the Board of Public Works and Safety Meeting located at the City of Crawfordsville, City Hall – City County Chambers, 300 E. Pike Street, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 at that time.
A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. (Local Time) on May 21, 2026, at the City of Crawfordsville City Hall located at 300 E. Pike Street, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. All prime contractors; subcontractors; small, minority or women owned enterprises; and other interested parties are encouraged and invited to attend.
