Sealed bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by certified mail, to the Birdseye Town Hall, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513 until 6:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on July 2, 2026. If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513. The sealed bids must be received by the Owner no later than 6:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on July 2, 2026. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the regular meeting of the Town Council, which is a public meeting, scheduled to take place at 6:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on July 2, 2026 at the Birdseye Town Hall, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as accessibility accommodations or non-English translation personnel, the Town of Birdseye will provide such provisions as long as the request is made prior to June 25, 2026.

A paper-bound set of plans and specifications are also on file at the Town of Birdseye, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Eastern (Local Time) on June 18, 2026 at Birdseye Town Hall, 103 West S.R. 64, Birdseye, IN 47513. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises and other interested parties are invited to attend. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project.
