Sealed bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by certified mail, to the Stucker Fork Conservancy District, by and through its Board of Directors at their office located at 2260 U.S. Highway 31, Austin, IN 47102, until 1:00 P.M. Eastern (local time) on July 13, 2026. If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at P.O. Box 274, Scottsburg, IN 47170. The sealed bids must be received by the Stucker Fork Conservancy District no later than 1:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) on July 13, 2026. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on July 13, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Eastern (Local Time) at the office of Stucker Fork Conservancy District located at 2260 U.S. Highway 31, Austin, IN 47102.
A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.
