Sealed Bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by certified mail, addressed to the City of Boonville at 135 S. 2^nd St., Boonville, IN 47601 until 3:00 P.M. Central (Local Time) on September 15^th, 2026.  If bids are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner at 135 S. 2^nd St., Boonville, IN 47601.  Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened.  Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on September 15^th, 2026 @ 3:00 P.M. Central (Local Time) at the City of Boonville at 135 S. 2^nd St., Boonville, IN 47601. 

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time) on September 1^st, 2026 at Boonville City Hall located at 135 South 2^nd Street, Boonville, IN 47601.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
