Division I – Street and Sidewalk Improvements along Oakey Avenue from Nowlin Avenue to Ridge Avenue which includes milling and resurfacing of the street along with replacement of storm sewer inlets, areas of full depth patching, replacement of curb and gutter, replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, placement of new curb, and striping of the roadway. Milling will occur down to existing concrete which is estimated to be 1.5” to 2” below the existing asphalt surface. A mandatory alternate for placement of pavement geotextile which includes an asphalt leveling course and 2” of HMA surface course is also included; and
